What services does the "You Matter!" program offer?

  • The program offers scheduled calls with social worker, Alex Clegg, to provide support, check in, chat, and discuss individual mental health needs.

How often will I receive calls from the “You Matter!” program?

  • The frequency of calls will be determined based on your individual needs and the personalized plan created for you/with you.

Is there a cost associated with joining the "You Matter!" program?

  • No, the program is completely free for all community members.

What technology do I need to participate in the program?

  • You will need a phone to receive the scheduled calls from Alex Clegg.

What should I do if I need to reschedule a call?

  • You can contact The Hub at 845-809-5050 or Alex Clegg directly via email at alexclegg@philipstownhub.org to reschedule your call.

What if I am having a mental health emergency?

  • You should call 911 in a mental health emergency. If in crisis when talking to The Hub we will direct you to call 911, the Stabilization Center and/or Crisis Line.
