What services does the "You Matter!" program offer?
The program offers scheduled calls with social worker, Alex Clegg, to provide support, check in, chat, and discuss individual mental health needs.
How often will I receive calls from the “You Matter!” program?
The frequency of calls will be determined based on your individual needs and the personalized plan created for you/with you.
Is there a cost associated with joining the "You Matter!" program?
No, the program is completely free for all community members.
What technology do I need to participate in the program?
You will need a phone to receive the scheduled calls from Alex Clegg.
What should I do if I need to reschedule a call?
You can contact The Hub at 845-809-5050 or Alex Clegg directly via email at alexclegg@philipstownhub.org to reschedule your call.
What if I am having a mental health emergency?
You should call 911 in a mental health emergency. If in crisis when talking to The Hub we will direct you to call 911, the Stabilization Center and/or Crisis Line.
